Through our managed services we can also look after the software side of things too, such as your email, backups, storage and Office 365. Service and Maintenance Contracts

This is our main way of providing support to our clients. It ensures that you have support when you need it and at a price that is affordable and competitive. Call out and labour costs are included in one fixed monthly price, so you can budget and plan for the unexpected . All you need to cover in addition is the cost of any parts or components. Contracts run for 12 months so you are not tied in any longer than you need to be. Of course, we believe you'll be more than satisfied with our friendly, efficient service and will want to stay with us and renew your contract.

Adhoc Services

If you have a relatively simple set up, it might be cheaper for you just to pay on a call-out by call-out basis. Some of our clients prefer this and we are more than happy to advise you accordingly. We can look at the respective costs and benefits and recommend the right solution for you. Our team are always ready to help and assist you.
